Plasma donation requirements:
1. Must be 18 years of age
2. Weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg)
3. Be in generally good health
4. Bring a valid photo I.D., and proof of address and Social Security Number or Border Crossing Card. Make sure you have everything you need to donate plasma. Download your First-Time Donor Checklist here.

Welcome to Grifols Biomat Phoenix, a plasma donation center on the Southwest corner of Indian School Rd and 19th Ave.
