Are you 18-69 years old?
To become a plasma donor, you must be able to prove you are between the ages of 18 and 69 years old.
Do you weight over 110 lbs./ 50kg?
If you weigh less than 110 lbs, your body may not be able to tolerate the donation process as well as someone who weighs more.

If you’re not a US citizen, you can provide your Border Crossing Card (B1/B2 VISA/BBC).
Are you in good overall health?
Meaning, are you active, try to eat well-balanced meals, and generally get a good night’s rest?
