Plasma donation requirements:
1. Must be 18 years of age
2. Weigh at least 110 lbs (50 kg)
3. Be in generally good health
4. Bring a valid photo I.D., and proof of address and Social Security Number or Border Crossing Card. Make sure you have everything you need to donate plasma. Download your First-Time Donor Checklist here.

We are located on the UMASS Memorial University campus in Worcester, MA. The center is on the 4th floor of the VA hospital directly across from the Emergency Room entrance.
